Session for beginners and new members –
BMAA club President Bob Jorgensen will provide an overview of the hobby of astronomy and discuss how to start enjoying startwatching. The session is specifically tuned to beginners and new members of our club. Bob will new address some of the frequency asked questions regarding purchasing the equipment necessary for observing and photographing stars (telescope types, mounts, and relative costs.)
