Annual Earth Day Celebration! organized by the Nockamixon State Park—RESCHEDULED TO MAY 2nd.\nSave the date for the Park second annual Earth Day Celebration! BMA2 volunteers will be at the Marina Visitor Center to share about their Astronomy related activities and educational material. Solar scopes will be available for observation\, weather permitting. \nThe event will take place at the Marina Visitor Center from around 9:00am to Noon \nRain date is May 2nd. \nPlease check our web site or the Park web site for possible cancellations.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Star Watch at the Tohickon Boat Launch parking lot. Participation is free and open to the public. Our astronomers will have telescopes available to look through and will be on hand to answer questions. \nThe event opens at 8:10 PM with Pre Star Watch Activities /followed by the Star Watch at 8:35 PM. \nPlease check this website for updates in case the weather leads to cancellation.
